Doctor of law, legal advisor, an external associate of the Law Firm. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the British School of English and European Legal Studies conducted under the cooperation of the Faculty of Law and Administration with Cambridge University. He is engaged in the issues of public-private partnership, European funds, public aid and economic activities of public entities. He is the author of numerous publications in this field. He led a team of advisors preparing one of the first in Poland proceedings concluded with signing an agreement and execution of an investment within the framework of public-private partnership. He is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw and gives speeches at conferences and training sessions. He runs a Legal Advisor Office (cieslak.waw.pl). He is also a partner in a reputable Warsaw consulting firm involved in the acquisition of project financing from the European funds (kdg.waw.pl).
